A man's disruptive behavior on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood led to a significant emergency response involving multiple police officers and fire personnel.

Footage captured the barefoot man, clad in shorts, rolling and crawling across the street as emergency crews arrived at the scene. Witnesses described the individual as appearing disoriented and erratic.

At one point, the man reportedly threw himself to the ground in front of officers attempting to de-escalate the situation. Video evidence shows several first responders surrounding the man amidst flashing emergency lights. Ultimately, six individuals were required to physically restrain him. He was heard to be struggling and shedding clothing during the apprehension.

According to an account that shared footage of the incident, the man was eventually medically sedated. The same account alleged that he continued to resist after sedation and was later seen with a spit hood over his head.

The specific circumstances that led to the incident remain unclear. The event unfolded over a period that involved a substantial presence of police, paramedics, and firefighters.
