A Harrisburg man awaiting trial for allegedly raping three underage girls has been charged with breaking a window inside the Dauphin County Prison. Imarr Finley, 25, faces a new charge of institutional vandalism, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Finley has been held at the prison since his December 2024 arrest on charges related to the alleged kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old girl. Court records also indicate he has been charged in connection with the alleged rape of a 17-year-old girl and another girl who was 13 or 14 years old.

The most recent incident occurred on July 8, when Finley allegedly broke a control room window on the prison's P block while on recreation time. Two corrections officers reportedly witnessed the act, which caused $772 in damage, according to a probable cause affidavit. Finley was arraigned on the new charge Thursday, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 4.

Finley was initially arrested on December 4, 2024, by Harrisburg police. Authorities stated he fled out a second-story window and attempted to escape across rooftops. The first alleged rape occurred on November 25, 2024, in uptown Harrisburg, where a girl reported being followed by a man matching Finley's description. The girl told authorities the man, allegedly Finley, lured her to his home, where he raped her and threatened her family if she reported the incident.

In March 2026, Finley was charged with the rape of a 13- or 14-year-old girl, whom he allegedly lured with a fake Snapchat photo. Four days later, he was charged with raping a 17-year-old girl, with DNA evidence reportedly linking him to the crime.

Finley is currently being held without bond. He is scheduled to appear in court for the rape charges on July 30. The Dauphin County District Attorney's Office filed the institutional vandalism charge.
