Anamaria Goltes, former fiancée of Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Dončić, has filed a request to dismiss her child support petition against the athlete, according to court records. The filing, submitted to a Los Angeles County court on Monday, states Goltes' intention to "resolve this matter amicably and by a mutual agreement which is in the best interests of our children."

Goltes initially filed the petition on March 9. In her dismissal request, she specified that she wished to withdraw the petition "without prejudice," indicating the possibility of refiling at a later date if necessary. The court has not yet granted the request, noting that Dončić's signature was missing from the document.

Goltes did not provide a reason for the initial child support filing but did not seek custody orders. Dončić, who confirmed the couple's breakup in March, retained prominent divorce attorney Laura Wasser. Wasser subsequently filed a motion to dismiss Goltes' petition, arguing that it was an attempt to "forum shop" for favorable child support rulings in California. Wasser also asserted that Goltes had been withholding their children from Dončić, which led him to file a family law action in Slovenia in February.

A hearing on Wasser's motion had been scheduled for August 14. Dončić and Goltes, a model and influencer, have two daughters together. Dončić previously stated in a March announcement that he ended their engagement to prioritize his daughters' happiness and his desire to be with them in the U.S. during the season, though he acknowledged that had not been possible.

This development follows an earlier court action initiated by Dončić in Slovenia regarding custody and visitation. The specifics of that case and the current status of the child support petition remain unclear pending court rulings and further negotiations between the parties.
