Liam Obergfoll, star of Bravo's "Next Gen NYC," has addressed speculation about his relationship with co-star Ariana Biermann, stating that they are "just talking" and keeping things "casual."

Obergfoll, 29, shared his relationship status in an exclusive interview with Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" podcast. He acknowledged that while he and Biermann are "having fun," the connection remains undefined.

Viewers of "Next Gen NYC" Season 2 saw Obergfoll express interest in Biermann shortly after she ended a seven-year on-again, off-again relationship with Hudson McLeroy. Biermann, 24, cited McLeroy's lack of effort in their relationship as the reason for their October 2025 split. McLeroy, also 24, admitted that his lack of "drive" had become "unattractive" to Biermann.

Following her breakup with McLeroy, Biermann began spending more time with Obergfoll. In Season 2, Episode 6 of "Next Gen NYC," Obergfoll introduced Biermann to his family. Insiders also told Page Six that Biermann had a brief romantic encounter with another co-star, Charlie Zakkour, during the latter half of filming.

However, by the following spring, attention shifted back to Biermann and McLeroy, who appeared to hint at a renewed romance on social media. The two were photographed kissing at the "Next Gen NYC" Season 2 premiere party in June. Despite this, Biermann stated on a July episode of "Watch What Happens Live" that she was still "figuring things out" and did not want to revert to their previous pattern of on-again, off-again dating.

More recently, Biermann and Obergfoll were seen together at the premiere party for "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th." McLeroy was not present at the event.

Obergfoll also mentioned having had FaceTime conversations with Biermann's mother, Kim Zolciak, and that an in-person meeting with the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum is "coming up." He described Zolciak as "awesome" and "so cool."

"Next Gen NYC" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes available to stream the next day on Peacock.
