Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton has gifted a Golden Retriever puppy named Halo to Kim Kardashian's four children: North, 13; Saint, 10; Chicago, eight; and Psalm, seven.
Hamilton shared the news during a press panel ahead of the F1 Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, on Sunday, October 25. When asked about what brings him joy outside of racing, he highlighted his girlfriend's children.
"My girlfriend’s kids, I love spending time with them," Hamilton said. "She’s got four, so I’m getting to play with these kids. I got them a dog this year, so little Halo is a new member of that family."
Kardashian has had Halo for several months, first revealing the puppy's existence in an Instagram post from late July. She recently shared photos of her daughter Chicago bonding with the puppy.
In addition to the puppy photos, Kardashian's Instagram post included a collection of recent snapshots. One image showed her and Chicago playfully sticking out their tongues while in bed together. Another captured Kardashian enjoying a ride at the Universal Studios Fast & Furious attraction.
The reality star also shared photos with her mother, Kris Jenner, and showcased several of her outfits, including a low-cut top with a cut-out midriff and a sheer black skirt, as well as a white lace top with sheer lace pants and towering platform heels. She also posted a more casual photo in a black tank top.
This news follows Kardashian's recent reflections on her final conversation with her late father, Robert Kardashian. In the biography "Citizen Kim: The Woman Who Created the Future," she recalled her father's words of encouragement and his request for her to look after her siblings.
A year prior to gifting Halo, Hamilton revealed the death of his beloved English Bulldog, Roscoe, describing the decision to euthanize him as the "hardest decision" of his life. He shared his grief on Instagram, calling Roscoe a "true friend."
