Dina Taji, the ex-partner of Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews, has voiced concerns about returning a dog to Price's care in the UK. Taji revealed her apprehension after becoming aware of Price's history with pets, which includes numerous animal deaths.

Price reportedly took in the dog, a male pomsky named Dubaii, while Andrews was incarcerated in Dubai. Taji has taken to Facebook to share her concerns and seek advice regarding the dog's return to the UK and Price's ownership. She has stated that she was made aware of Price's past issues with animals by the public.

Price has faced public criticism and condemnation from animal charities due to a pattern of pet deaths. Over the years, several of her animals, including horses, cats, and multiple dogs, have died under various circumstances. These incidents include fatal accidents on roads, suffocation, and abandonment.

In 2017, a horse belonging to Price was killed on the A24 after escaping its field. The same year, she reportedly put up two Sphynx cats for sale due to incompatibility with her dogs. In 2018, her German Shepherd, Queenie, was killed in a hit-and-run incident. Another pet, a chameleon named Marvin, died in late 2018, with Price allegedly blaming its death on stress after her son moved out, though a source suggested it could be linked to the inability to heat her mansion.

Further incidents include a hedgehog named Peggy, gifted to her daughter Princess, which reportedly went missing in the "Mucky Mansion" for two weeks in 2019. In April 2019, an Alsatian named Bear was rehomed after several near-death experiences. In 2020, Price's third Alsatian, Sparkle, died on the A24, similar to Queenie's fate. The same year, a French bulldog named Rolo suffocated at home after becoming trapped in an electric armchair. Price later stated she had been illegally advised to give the puppy cannabis oil, which may have contributed to the incident.

In 2021, a French Bulldog named Precious, a gift from then-fiancé Carl Woods, was given to a builder. By 2022, Price owned four Chihuahuas. During a holiday, one of the Chihuahuas, Captain, went missing for eight hours before being found at a local vet. In November 2022, a Pomeranian named Sharon was killed by a car after allegedly escaping onto the road. In June 2023, Price confirmed the death of her protection dog Blade, also struck by a car. She suggested Blade's death was a deliberate act. More recently, a German Shepherd puppy named Tank, acquired in July 2023, was reportedly given away by Price after she was accused of hitting the puppy and subsequently losing interest in training him.
