Television presenter Laura Hamilton, 44, recently shared details about her fitness routine, dietary habits, and co-parenting approach while on a family holiday in Abu Dhabi. Hamilton, known for her role on "A Place In The Sun," documented her stay at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island with her two children, Rocco, 11, and Tahlia, 10.

Fitness and Diet

Hamilton revealed that her toned physique is a result of consistent daily movement, incorporating strength training, yoga, and reformer Pilates. She also provided insights into her budget-friendly approach to grocery shopping, aiming for around £75 per week for her family by shopping at Aldi. Her fridge typically contains lean proteins such as salmon, chicken, and turkey mince, along with fruits like berries and watermelon. While she maintains a healthy diet, Hamilton stated she "eats almost anything" and has raised her children similarly. Her typical breakfast includes a protein shake with oats and matcha, a jacket potato with tuna, mayonnaise, and cheese for lunch, and salmon with noodles and stir-fried vegetables for dinner. For special occasions, she would prepare slow-roast lamb with dauphinoise potatoes and broccoli.

Co-Parenting and Career

Hamilton, who shares her children with ex-husband Alex Goward, has spoken out against negative comments regarding their co-parenting arrangement. She told the Mirror that she believes it is "brilliant for the child that they get to spend time with both parents – and that both parents are happier." Hamilton also addressed the challenges of balancing motherhood and her career, describing the situation as "chaotic" but emphasizing her commitment to her work. She stated that she "couldn't" be a full-time mum and loves her career. Hamilton has arranged her filming schedule to coincide with the times her children are with their father, allowing her to focus on work during those periods. She expressed gratitude for her employer's flexibility in allowing her to travel with her children when possible. The star previously revealed her toned physique was down to daily movement and varying strength training, yoga, and reformer Pilates

Hamilton reportedly split from her husband in January 2022. She previously stated that she found a way to make her career and motherhood work, crediting her employer for her ability to travel with her children when feasible.
