Laura Anderson, known for her appearances on Love Island, has embarked on a "blended family holiday" in Turkey with her daughter Bonnie and Gary Lucy's ex-wife, Natasha. Anderson, 37, and Natasha reportedly bonded over their "shared trauma" stemming from their relationships with the Hollyoaks actor, 44.
This reunion comes amidst a public war of words between Anderson and Lucy over their two-year-old daughter, Bonnie. Anderson has stated that Natasha has been her "rock" during their disputes.
Anderson was prompted to defend her friendship with Natasha after a fan commented on social media, calling the relationship "weird." Anderson responded by asking, "Why?"
Anderson shares daughter Bonnie with Lucy, from whom she split during her pregnancy. The pair briefly reunited after Bonnie's birth before separating permanently. Natasha and Lucy divorced in 2018 after 14 years of marriage and share four children together: two sons and two daughters.
The holiday follows a public exchange between Anderson and Lucy. Lucy had accused Anderson of exploiting their daughter to "stay relevant" on Instagram. In response, Anderson shared screenshots of messages she claimed were from Lucy, in which he allegedly referred to her with a derogatory term and included insults.
Anderson's messages reportedly read: "My goodness what a nasty little cretin you are ms Anderson... Just been brought to my attention ya latest pathetic beggy posts you've made... this time by someone far closer to your home.... If only I could blink and never have to have you anywhere near me or m life again. Wish I could say Nanny Ros and grandad say hi... but they don't... Keep up 'the good work'."
Anderson has previously accused Lucy of not seeing their daughter for several months and claimed she missed work and time with Bonnie due to a lack of co-parenting and financial support. In response to Anderson's comments about fathers hiding income, Lucy posted a quote on social media stating, "The narcissists greatest asset for leverage is a child. Children of narcissists are collateral damage in their game of control," adding, "Don't forget... exploiting the child for financial gain on socials anything to keeps em 'relevant'."
