Kylie Jenner has reduced the asking price of her Holmby Hills mansion by $9.5 million, relisting the property for $38.5 million. The estate, originally listed for $48 million late last year, is part of Jenner's efforts to sell off properties as she prepares to move into a custom-built home in Hidden Hills.
The brutalist-style residence, purchased by Jenner for $36.5 million in 2020, is situated in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood. The property spans 15,320 square feet and features seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, along with two guest apartments and a guardhouse. Designed by Gala Asher, the home is secured by 12-foot gates and perimeter walls, offering a high degree of privacy.
Inside, the single-story layout includes formal living and dining rooms, two kitchens, and an expansive primary suite with dual bathrooms, dressing rooms, a sitting area, kitchenette, and an outdoor lounge. The home is also equipped with a tiered movie theater, games room, bar, a detached gym, and both a custom sport court and a professional pickleball court.
The exterior features a resort-style courtyard with a uniquely shaped swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, bar, dining area, and cabana.
Jenner is also attempting to sell her longtime Hidden Hills residence, which she reduced in price by over $2 million earlier this year, from $20.25 million to just under $18 million. This property served as her primary residence before she began constructing a larger estate nearby.
The new Hidden Hills compound, on which construction is nearing completion, is expected to span approximately 18,000 square feet. It will include an 18,000-square-foot main residence, a 12-car underground garage, a guesthouse, a security office, a resort-style pool, and a sports court. Jenner has shared updates on the construction, highlighting the use of natural stone, reclaimed wood floors, and custom wood paneling.
Jenner plans to relocate to the new Hidden Hills estate with her two children, Stormi and Aire. The new compound is located in Hidden Hills, keeping her close to family members Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian, who own neighboring properties. Jenner's real estate portfolio also includes a Beverly Hills mansion and a property within the Madison Club golf community in the Coachella Valley.
