Kylie Jenner recently showcased a black vinyl tube dress from her Khy clothing line, drawing attention to her figure. The 29-year-old beauty mogul posted a photo of herself wearing the dress on her Instagram Story.

Jenner, who publicly detailed her 445 cc breast augmentation in 2025 after years of speculation, recently stated on the "Better Half with Stas & Vic" podcast that she desires larger implants. "I do want them bigger," she told hosts Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel. Jenner elaborated, "I say it every day. I'm like, 'They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my tits to walk in before I do.'"

Karanikolaou noted Jenner's long-standing desire for larger breasts, commenting that it has been a topic of discussion for the past year. When asked if she planned to undergo another breast augmentation before her 30th birthday, Jenner indicated it was unlikely, though she expressed interest in getting her belly button pierced before the milestone.

Jenner's initial breast augmentation occurred when she was 19. She shared the specific details of the procedure, including the implant size (445 cc), profile, and surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, in 2025. The implants are considered large in cosmetic surgery, with over 400 cc typically falling into that classification. Dr. Fisher is known for performing various procedures on members of the Kardashian and Jenner families, including Kris Jenner's facelift and Kourtney Kardashian's breast augmentation.

In a 2023 episode of "The Kardashians," Jenner reflected on her decision to have the surgery before the birth of her first child, Stormi. She expressed regret, stating, "I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with." Jenner advised others considering cosmetic surgery to wait until after having children, adding that she would be heartbroken if her own daughter wanted similar procedures at the same age.

Prior to her public confession in 2023, Jenner had consistently denied undergoing breast augmentation, attributing changes in her bust size to weight gain, padded bras, or hormonal fluctuations. Speculation about surgery began as early as 2015, but she maintained she had not had implants. In 2018, after Stormi's birth, she acknowledged changes in her body, including an increase in breast size and the appearance of stretch marks, but still did not confirm surgery.
