Radio personality Kyle Sandilands has stated he will no longer trust anyone following the revelation that his former co-host, Jackie 'O' Henderson, has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The admission came during a segment on his new show, Kyle Sandilands Live, on Wednesday.

Sandilands described himself as "shattered" and said he broke down in tears upon learning about Henderson's condition. He expressed disbelief and distress over court documents that he claims do not align with his memory of events.

"It was really very, very, very upsetting to read some terrible things like that about yourself," Sandilands stated. "And obviously, it's her truth. But that is so against what the reality of what happened was."

He added, "It's soul destroying. It really is. It's very upsetting to me. I will never trust another human being as long as I live. I just won't."

Henderson's mental health struggles were detailed in court documents related to her legal dispute with ARN, her former employer, following the cancellation of "The Kyle & Jackie O Show" earlier this year. She is reportedly seeking an $82 million payout from ARN.

A medical report prepared by Dr. Jonathan Phillips, as cited in the court documents, states that Henderson suffers from PTSD stemming from "the ongoing bullying perpetrated by Sandilands" and "the failure of ARN to offer appropriate care and protection."

In a sworn statement, Henderson alleged that Sandilands, her former KIIS FM co-host, would "belittle" and "humiliate" her, describing his behavior as "unpredictable and erratic." She stated that the "constant attacking of my character and putting me down at work by Mr. Sandilands was slowly wearing me down."

Henderson further described feeling "exhausted and like I wanted to give up" due to what she perceived as subtle but regular bullying. She noted that the alleged treatment intensified from 2023 onward, causing her anxiety and a sense of dread when commuting to work. She felt "emotionally unsafe in the workplace, even during periods where the relationship appeared outwardly positive."

Henderson's contract with KIIS FM was terminated in March after a public on-air disagreement with Sandilands. The situation is ongoing, with further details expected.
