Kroy Biermann was seen attending church on Sunday with Jillian Green, who is the ex-wife of Kim Zolciak's current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz. The sighting comes shortly after Biermann's 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, was granted a $200,000 bond in his sexual battery and sodomy case.

Biermann, who recently celebrated his 41st birthday, appeared composed while speaking with Green near his car in Alpharetta, Georgia. The pair have been seen together on multiple occasions in recent months. Green was previously married to Mowitz, who is reportedly dating Zolciak.

This public appearance follows a significant court hearing for KJ. A judge granted the $200,000 bond on Friday, although it remains unclear if the teenager has been released from jail. If released, KJ will be required to stay at his mother's home, attend school virtually, and refrain from using social media or a cellphone. He is also prohibited from having any direct or indirect contact with the alleged victim, their family, or associates, and must not be in the presence of anyone aged 16 or under.

Prior to the bond hearing, both Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak reportedly appeared distressed. An eyewitness described Zolciak as "hectic and scattered" while arriving at and leaving her home on Wednesday. Biermann was observed driving home that same day and appeared "devastated" and in a "very somber mood."

During Friday's court hearing, a victim statement was read expressing fear for their safety. The prosecution alleged that investigators found videos on KJ's phone depicting him in sexual acts with a female family member under the age of 12. These allegations, if true, would mean KJ has been under court supervision since October 2025, following an incident reported in April 2023.

KJ's lawyer, Jason Sheffield, stated that the characterizations of the prior juvenile matter "grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case," asserting it did not result in an adjudication for statutory rape, sexual intercourse, or a comparable offense. KJ was arrested on Aug. 17 for allegedly assaulting a female classmate at a Life Time Fitness center in April.

He faces seven charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and false imprisonment, along with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16. KJ was officially indicted by a Georgia grand jury on Sept. 3.

Zolciak's representative previously issued a statement denying the allegations against KJ, calling them "reckless and deeply troubling" and expressing confidence that evidence would establish the truth.

Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak, who married in November 2011, share six children. Their ongoing divorce proceedings have been complicated by the current legal issues involving their son.
