New York Knicks guard Jordan Clarkson was removed from a party at the exclusive Zero Bond members club in New York City on Saturday night after he intervened in an altercation involving rapper Travis Scott. Police escorted Clarkson from the venue, according to TMZ.
The incident occurred during a party hosted by Raising Cane’s. Sources told Page Six that the altercation began when Scott confronted an unidentified man for allegedly filming him. The situation reportedly escalated quickly, with Scott’s entourage throwing bottles.
Clarkson, who recently helped the Knicks win their first NBA championship in 53 years, is reported to have attempted to de-escalate the situation. Travis Scott was also removed from the club.
The altercation did not interrupt a performance by rapper 50 Cent, who was performing at the event while Scott was reportedly watching. Clarkson was reportedly near the DJ booth during 50 Cent’s performance.
Among the notable attendees at the party were Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns and his fiancée Jordyn Woods, tennis star Serena Williams, Houston Rockets forward Kevin Durant, and Cleveland Cavaliers guard James Harden. Other guests included Teyana Taylor, Alix Earle, Brooks Nader, Tate McRae, Druski, and brothers Jake and Logan Paul.
