A resurfaced tweet from 2009 shows a younger Kim Kardashian expressing starstruck excitement about encountering Katie Price and Peter Andre on a flight.
The social media post, originally shared on X (formerly Twitter), has gained renewed attention after being shared by a fan on TikTok. In the tweet, Kardashian wrote, "Omg Katie Price aka Jordan and her husband Peter are on my flight home from NYC!"
At the time, Kardashian's star was rising following the debut of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" two years prior. The notes suggest she would often get starstruck by more famous individuals.
Katie Price, then at the height of her fame, eventually replied to Kardashian's tweet seven years later in 2016, posting, "@KimKardashian awe that is so cute! Thankyou Kim #Flashback." Kardashian has not publicly responded to Price's delayed reply.
Fans on TikTok have reacted to the resurfaced tweet, with some calling it "iconic" and suggesting it should be displayed prominently. Comments noted the contrast between Kardashian's past awe and her current global status, with an estimated net worth of $1.9 billion.
Ironically, the article also touches on a recent situation involving Katie Price's current husband, Lee Andrews. He reportedly deleted images of Kim Kardashian from his Instagram profile amid claims that some of his shared content, including photos alongside Elon Musk and claims of business success, were AI-generated or fabricated. Sources close to Kardashian stated she does not know Andrews and that the photo was faked.
