Kelly Osbourne recently appeared in an Instagram snapshot, showcasing voluminous hair and an overall appearance described as 'back to her best.' The photos surfaced Friday, with Osbourne also displaying her archival wardrobe, a bare-faced look, a black slip dress, and gold jewelry.
Her recent public appearance follows a period of scrutiny and a body-shaming row related to her weight loss. Osbourne's friend, DJ Fat Tony, suggested in an interview last month that Osbourne had been using weight-loss drugs to address 'life problems' rather than solely for shedding pounds. He stated that she had 'levelled herself out' and was now looking 'great again.'
Previously, Osbourne had explained that her grief over the loss of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, had impacted her appetite, leading to struggles with eating. She also addressed criticism from "cruel trolls" who she felt had "dehumanised her" following her appearance at the Brit Awards in March. At the ceremony, Osbourne was present to accept a posthumous Lifetime Achievement award for her father.
In response to the negative comments about her appearance at the time, Osbourne stated, 'There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something. Kicking me while I'm down, doubting my pain, spreading my struggles as gossip, and turning your back when I need support and love most.' She added that such actions do not demonstrate strength but a lack of character, emphasizing that she was experiencing 'the hardest time of my life' and should not have to defend herself against being dehumanized.
