Katie Price has shared that she received "devastating news" on Wednesday night, posting a cryptic message about family on her Instagram Story. The 48-year-old former glamour model did not elaborate on the nature of the news but reassured her followers that it did not involve her mother, Amy.

Amy Price, 74, was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2017 and underwent a lung transplant in 2022. Katie's message read: "Had devastating news tonight. Love, health and family is so important. Cherish every moment with loved ones and build memories. And no it's not my mum."

The social media post comes as Price is reportedly set to appear in a new documentary focusing on the world of con artist Lee Andrews. Sources claim the documentary, produced by Mindhouse, co-owned by Louis Theroux, will explore Andrews' alleged fraudulent activities and feature individuals who have been victimized by him.

It was previously reported that Price had ended her relationship with Andrews, who had reportedly been imprisoned in Dubai for fraud charges. Price had described Andrews as having "scammed her heart" and stated she felt embarrassed by their relationship. She had consulted a divorce lawyer, while Andrews, speaking from behind bars, reportedly said the split was "for the best."

Hours before her cryptic post, Price had shared throwback images from London Fashion Week.
