Katie Price has reportedly ended her eight-month marriage to Lee Andrews, communicating her decision via text message after discovering his claimed multi-million pound cryptocurrency fortune was virtually non-existent.

According to reports, Andrews had told Price he possessed $50 million (£37 million) in a crypto wallet. Price, 48, allegedly shared the wallet's recovery phrase with a financial expert who confirmed the account held only $3, equivalent to £2.22. This revelation is cited as the final straw in their tumultuous relationship.

Price has reportedly consulted a divorce lawyer. Her text message to Andrews is quoted as stating, "I have been played and you are not who you say you are. Why have you lied to me?"

Andrews, 43, is currently reported to be in a Dubai jail and is allegedly struggling to find funds to pay a fine for his release. Sources close to Price indicate she has no plans to see him and has "come to her senses."

Recent public appearances have shown Price without her wedding ring. She was seen wearing it at Manchester Pride but was later pictured without it during a trip to Marbella, where she was celebrating with friends, including reality star Chloe Ferry. A video shared from the trip showed Price dancing, with her ringless finger visible.

The marriage has been marked by numerous controversies since the couple tied the knot following a whirlwind romance. These have included Andrews's prison stints, accusations of kidnapping, alleged deception, and claims of scamming ex-partners.

Price had previously expressed her intention to hold her husband accountable for "hurting other people," stating in a podcast that she wanted a deep-dive interview to uncover the full story. She also shared posts on Instagram suggesting she had survived difficult times and learned who deserved a place in her life.

Reports suggest Andrews remains in Dubai's Al Awir prison, contradicting earlier claims of his release in July. His fellow inmates are reportedly growing tired of his alleged constant falsehoods regarding his exit paperwork.

Katie's spokesperson declined to comment when approached by the Daily Mail.
