Kanye West has reached a settlement in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta.

Pisciotta's legal team confirmed the settlement on July 23, with court documents indicating it is classified as "unconditional." They plan to request its dismissal within 45 days of that date.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed in the legal filings. "The matter has been resolved," stated Arick Fudali, Pisciotta's lawyer, to the Daily Mail.

Pisciotta worked for West in various capacities from 2021 to 2023, serving as a personal assistant and chief of staff for his music and fashion ventures. She initially filed the lawsuit in 2024, alleging that West had made unwanted sexual advances, sent sexually charged messages, and masturbated in her presence.

In legal documents previously reviewed by the Daily Mail, Pisciotta claimed West had sexually harassed and assaulted her on multiple occasions. West's attorneys have denied all allegations. Pisciotta's filings described instances including West attempting to kiss her, requesting she lie beside him in a hotel room, and graphic sexual acts.

One account detailed an incident where West allegedly entered Pisciotta's hotel room, emerged from the bathroom in a towel, dropped the towel to expose himself, and then sexually assaulted her. Pisciotta stated she pleaded with him to stop.

According to Pisciotta's filings, West offered a "sincere apology" at the time but continued the alleged pattern of harassment. Representatives for West previously released a statement calling the revised claims "absurd and outlandish."
