One of the male jurors in the mistrial of Lindsay Clancy has spoken out against conspiracy theories that falsely accuse her husband, Patrick Clancy, of killing their three young children. Nick Dargie, identified as juror number 10, told ABC News in an interview that aired Thursday that those who subscribe to such theories would likely change their views if they heard Patrick Clancy's "gut-wrenching" 911 call made after he discovered the bodies.

Dargie described the 911 call as "frightening" and "horrifying," stating he had "never heard something like that, a scream like that coming out of someone’s mouth." The call was reportedly so disturbing that the judge presiding over the trial, William Sullivan, did not permit it to be released publicly.

Lindsay Clancy admitted to strangling her children, Dawson, 3, Cora, 5, and Callan, 8 months, with elastic exercise bands in the basement of their Duxbury, Massachusetts, home. She reportedly sent her husband out on an errand before the killings. Following the deaths of the children, Clancy is alleged to have attempted suicide by jumping from the second floor of the residence, resulting in her confinement to a wheelchair. Her attorney, Kevin Reddington, stated that Clancy is aware of and distressed by the theories implicating her husband.

The trial resulted in a mistrial, with reports indicating that one juror held out and did not provide evidence to support his decision. Dargie expressed his disbelief in the conspiracy theories, stating, "I don’t believe in the conspiracy theory that [Patrick Clancy] was the one who did it."
