Former Fox Sports host Joy Taylor shared a dramatic story from a past relationship on Terrell Owens' podcast, "Get TO to the Point." Taylor recounted a situation where she was financially supporting a boyfriend who was unemployed and spending his time playing video games.
"I was like, ‘Don’t worry about it, I got the bills,'" Taylor said, recalling her financial support. "What did I get for that? I’m like, ‘Alright, look: it has been a while. We’ve got to get a job. So, here’s some money. Go get a drink, clear your head.'"
According to Taylor, her boyfriend then used the money she provided to cheat on her with a stripper. "So, he goes out, and cheats on me with a stripper, with the money I gave him," she stated. She learned of the infidelity and, after confronting him, decided to end the relationship. "Took everything and left. It was all my s–t anyway because obviously I was paying for everything."
Taylor, 39, has a history of dating athletes. She was previously married to former professional baseball player Richard Giannotti from 2016 to 2017. She later announced her engagement to former NBA guard Earl Watson in September 2018, though the couple separated in January 2020. Taylor is currently single and recently launched a new podcast titled "The Daily Play."
Taylor departed from Fox Sports in 2025 following her inclusion in a harassment lawsuit filed by hairstylist Noushin Faraj.
