Lopez's dress featured a scooped neckline, a dropped waist, and a full skirt that fell just below the knee. She accessorized with black velvet platform heels and a collection of floral-inspired diamond jewelry, including a layered necklace. Her hair was styled in a chic chignon and adorned with a velvet headband, completing the Hepburn-inspired look.
The event, which reportedly had 1,000 guests, was held at Madison Square Garden. Lopez has a longstanding friendship with Swift, dating back to a surprise performance during Swift's "Red" tour in Los Angeles in 2013. Lopez also recently performed at Prime Video's Obsessed Fest a week prior, wearing a different, more daring outfit.
