Jim Curtis, wellness coach and boyfriend of actress Jennifer Aniston, has offered a rare look into their private relationship, describing Aniston as "so grounded and so open and caring and kind and loving." Curtis shared details about their dynamic, including how they navigate disagreements and maintain their connection, during a recent appearance on "The Jamie Kern Lima Show" podcast.

Curtis, who has been linked with Aniston for over a year, noted the actress's close-knit circle of friends, which he feels welcomed into. "She uses words like ‘my love’… she has this group of best friends that are like family," he said. "I feel incredibly blessed to be part and welcomed into that family, and I feel blessed to be in a relationship with someone that is so open-hearted…"

He also highlighted Aniston's ability to remain true to herself despite her significant fame. "She has an opportunity. Like, you would understand if she was less so… Right? I think that she is a real example of stepping into possibility, as she came from… living in New York and New Jersey, and like there was… this kind of household name and retained herself."

When discussing disagreements, Curtis explained that the couple relies on communication, acceptance, and understanding. "We do a lot of meditation. We do a lot of talk," he stated, adding that in what he described as the "honeymoon phase" of their relationship, their methods don't require intense interventions. "And, you know… in a honeymoon phase… your tools don't have to be like big sledgehammers."

The couple first sparked dating rumors in July 2025 after being photographed together on a yacht in Mallorca, Spain. At the time, sources indicated they were "casually dating and having fun," with Aniston described as "grounded, fulfilled and very happy." Curtis's recent comments suggest their relationship has continued to develop positively.
