Jennifer Aniston has publicly praised her boyfriend, wellness coach Jim Curtis, in a heartfelt social media tribute coinciding with the release of his new book, "The Book Of Possibility." Aniston, 57, shared a post on her Instagram Stories featuring the book's cover with the caption, "I love this book," followed by a picture of herself and Curtis, 50, accompanied by the text, "I love this man."
The couple, who have been dating for over a year, recently participated in a live question-and-answer session where Aniston interviewed Curtis to promote his latest work. Curtis, who states he has no psychology qualifications but is trained in hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, mindfulness, and meditation, described his relationship with Aniston as an organic blend of his personal and professional life.
"Aren't I blessed to be of interest?" Curtis commented in a recent interview. "And to have the opportunity that if there is a soul, person or mind that is interested in my work, that now I have the potential to bring it to them. And that is my mission."
Curtis, who splits his time between Aniston's Los Angeles home and his own apartment in New York, explained their morning routine. He typically wakes early to exercise and prepare coffee for Aniston before they engage in their meditation ritual. "We take real responsibility to go within and understand and soothe ourselves. So we meditate together," Curtis revealed.
Curtis also shared his approach to media consumption, stating he avoids the news, which he considers "brainwashing," and intentionally steers clear of stories concerning their relationship. His work, which draws from concepts like the "quantum field," has drawn criticism, with scientists labeling some of his theories as "fraudulent" for creating a false sense of scientific authority. Curtis, however, maintains a distinction between spirituality and science, asserting his belief in his ability to guide others through life's challenges.
His 2018 TEDx talk, "The Cosmic Algorithm: Deciphering the Signs," was flagged by TED for appearing to violate their editorial guidelines. Curtis previously spoke about his methods in an interview with The Sunday Times Magazine, where he discussed his mission to help others by utilizing his "toolbox of things that I've used to help my own life."
