Courtney Clenney, the former OnlyFans model convicted of manslaughter for the 2022 fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli, was branded a jailhouse bully in disciplinary records that detail accusations of terrorizing inmates, abusing guards, and hurling racial slurs. The records, revealed by the Daily Mail, paint a picture of Clenney's behavior during her four years at Florida's Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
According to an incident report from October 2023, Clenney confronted a wheelchair-bound inmate, Atoya Holmes, in a threatening manner. Clenney allegedly told Holmes, "You a low life na. I should push you out this wheelchair and break your other ankle. I'm so tired of all you black n*s I don't know what to do." Holmes, described as emotionally distraught, declined to give a formal statement, and a "keep separate" protocol was implemented.
The following day, Clenney and three other inmates allegedly approached another prisoner, Alvina Miller-Hughes, who stated she was pregnant. The group reportedly made sexual gestures, mimicked gunshots, and slapped their buttocks while threatening Miller-Hughes. She stated in a signed statement that she feared for her life and her unborn child's life. No further action was taken against Clenney in this instance.
Clenney also faced disciplinary actions for insubordination and abuse toward a guard. In April 2023, she erupted at an officer for being late, reportedly calling them "dumb a** hoes" and a "stupid bh." When asked to explain her behavior, Clenney allegedly called the officer a "f**g liar," resulting in an eight-day loss of privileges and visits.
Records indicate Clenney was moved between a dozen different cells due to frequent disputes with other inmates. In July 2023, guards intervened in a physical altercation between Clenney and another prisoner in the shower block.
Beyond alleged interpersonal conflicts, Clenney was also found to be hoarding contraband in her cell. In February 2024, she was disciplined for stashing items including 21 fiber supplement packets, pens, pencils, and boxes of fruit and crackers. Subsequent searches uncovered "unauthorized" clothing, lotion, and a pack of playing cards.
In March 2025, an inmate named Derricka Johnson reported continuous harassment from Clenney, leading to Clenney's relocation. Later, in September 2025, Clenney lost all visits, commissary privileges, and telephone access for 15 days after screaming threats at an inmate she accused of taking too long on a phone call. A report condemned her "history of becoming hostile and unruly when given verbal warnings."
As her trial date approached, Clenney herself reported feeling threatened and harassed by other inmates. She detailed incidents where Black inmates allegedly called her a "white hoe" and attempted to provoke fights. In one instance, on April 12, Clenney claimed an inmate was intentionally bringing up Obumseli and his parents to upset her, stating she feared an escalation into a physical altercation.
Clenney, 30, pleaded guilty last month to manslaughter with a deadly weapon. She was sentenced to six years in prison, with credit for time served, leaving approximately two more years to serve before being eligible for probation. Her defense attorneys have consistently portrayed her as a victim of domestic violence who acted in self-defense, a narrative that contrasts with the disciplinary records. Clenney admitted to throwing a knife at Obumseli but maintained she only intended to scare him during the altercation at their Miami apartment on April 3, 2022. His family, however, maintains Clenney instigated violence throughout their relationship. Clenney is currently being held at a Women's Reception Center in Ocala, Florida, while the Department of Corrections determines her permanent prison assignment.
