Influencer Campbell 'Pookie' Puckett, 33, has announced she is in labor with her second child, nearly a month before her due date. Puckett shared the news in a video posted to social media Tuesday, filmed from her hospital bed.
She explained that she experienced a startling sign of early labor. "I just felt liquid everywhere, and I saw blood running down my leg," Puckett said, describing the moment as "very scary."
Her husband, Jett Puckett, recounted that her water broke unexpectedly. The couple, who gained popularity on TikTok two years ago for their "outfit checks" and jet-set lifestyle, then rushed to the hospital. "I have not fully processed what's happening, but it's happening, we're having a baby, just a little sooner than we planned," Campbell Puckett stated.
Puckett also shared photos on her Instagram Stories, including a selfie with IV lines and a picture of her husband with their first child, Paloma, in the hospital. Fellow influencers and celebrities, including Kim Zolciak and Avery Woods, have sent well wishes in the comments section of her announcement.
The family recently celebrated the upcoming arrival of their second child with a floral-themed baby shower in Atlanta. The gender of the baby has not been publicly revealed.
Puckett's previous pregnancy was also challenging. She disclosed to E! News that she underwent surgery to remove pre-cancerous cells shortly after the birth of their daughter in November 2024. She was monitored closely throughout her pregnancy with Paloma due to this condition, which she stated caused significant stress but ultimately resolved well.
