Social media influencer Sarah Stevenson, also known as Sarah's Day, is facing criticism for listing her pink couch for $6,000 on Facebook Marketplace. The listing comes six years after Stevenson, 33, originally purchased the Jardan Wilfred three-seater couch for approximately $11,000.
Followers have expressed shock at the asking price, particularly in light of Stevenson's previous comments about the couch's condition. Earlier in 2026, Stevenson shared in a vlog that her children had stained the cushions while eating on the furniture. She mentioned that a professional cleaning attempt resulted in the couch appearing "grey."
However, the recent Facebook Marketplace listing does not mention any stains, suggesting the couch may have since been successfully cleaned. Despite this, many online commenters have deemed the price exorbitant for a second-hand item, with some noting that they would prefer to purchase a new couch for the same amount.
"You best believe if I have 6K for a new couch I will be purchasing something brand new! She was only talking about how stained this is a few weeks ago," one user commented. Others criticized the color and the influencer's financial decisions, with one commenter stating, "What an ugly ugly couch UGLY!!! It's even an ugly colour pink. She obviously has more money than brains."
Stevenson, who shares three children with her husband Kurt Tilse, has not publicly commented on the backlash. The couple welcomed their third child in October 2024, with Stevenson documenting aspects of her at-home labor, including moments on the couch, on Instagram.
