Sources indicate that Biden has recently appeared on podcasts hosted by figures such as Nick Fuentes and Candace Owens as part of a strategy to promote his art career. A source close to the Biden family stated that these appearances are intended to generate notoriety and are a key component of his media strategy. The source added that Biden seeks out controversy, believing that appearances on podcasts with a left-leaning audience would not garner similar attention.

Since launching his media campaign in May, Biden has gained 335,000 followers on Instagram, where he identifies as an artist, author, and "recovery advocate." He also uses the platform to share updates on his Substack, where he recently wrote about going into hiding after The Post's reporting on his laptop prior to the 2020 presidential election.

Biden has also been critical of former President Donald Trump and others on social media. He reportedly participated in an interview with Nick Fuentes in Philadelphia, brokered by YouTube personality Andrew Callaghan, which is slated to be released later this month.

An associate of Biden speculated that these activities could be a way for him to leverage his public profile for a potential political run, though the associate acknowledged that selling art is his current focus.

Biden is no longer represented by a gallery and is selling his work directly through his website. Georges Berges, a former gallerist for Biden, noted that collectors often seek his father's political era works, viewing them as historical documents as well as art.

Biden, who is executive director of the Peak Path Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization operating a rehabilitation facility in Los Angeles, reportedly works from a studio in California. He has also spent time in South Africa and San Ynez, California, at a ranch owned by Joe Kiani, a major donor to President Biden.

Last week, a federal judge in California ordered Patrick Byrne, former CEO of Overstock.com, to pay Biden $1.7 million in punitive damages in a defamation lawsuit. Byrne had accused Biden of attempting to influence his father to unfreeze Iranian funds in exchange for a bribe.

In 2024, President Biden pardoned his son on federal gun and tax evasion convictions.
