Hilaria Baldwin, 42, recently shared an Instagram video showcasing her post-partum fitness routine, sparking admiration from fans. The yoga instructor posted a clip on Saturday of herself performing glute exercises while wearing a red bikini top and floral bottoms.
Baldwin recorded the workout in the bathroom of her and husband Alec Baldwin's New York residence. She demonstrated exercises targeting the glutes and legs, using the bathroom counter for support. "Back in this bathroom…let's work that butttttt…this carves out the space between the butt and the backs of the legs. 5-10 of each…3 sets," she captioned the post.
The video concluded with Baldwin smiling at the camera, garnering numerous comments from her 1 million followers. Many expressed surprise at her toned figure, given she has given birth to seven children. "How can you look like that after so many kids," one user wrote, while another commented, "How many kids do you have and have the nerve to look like this?!"
Fans lauded Baldwin for her dedication to fitness. "Wow. A mother of 7 and she is so fit. That's dedication," one follower commented. The post also saw some fans defending Baldwin against accusations of seeking attention. "Yea, if she wants the attention, she has the platform. Let her be," one defender wrote.
