Two lawyers from the prominent New York firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz have been identified as the couple seen in a viral video engaging in a public display of affection in Central Park. Nathaniel D. Cullerton, 45, a partner, and Kelsey Borenzweig, 29, an associate, were filmed kissing on a park bench by a TikTok user on Thursday.

The video, which has garnered millions of views, shows the pair being interrupted by the TikTok creator who tells them to "Get a room. There’s kids around." Viewers quickly identified the individuals, and The Post was able to confirm their identities by comparing the video to their professional profiles on the firm's website. Both Cullerton and Borenzweig work in the firm's litigation department.

Cullerton and Borenzweig were reportedly part of the legal team that represented OpenAI and Sam Altman in their defense against a lawsuit filed by Elon Musk. Cullerton, a Georgetown University law graduate, has previously clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Borenzweig, who received her law degree from New York University School of Law, also had a clerkship at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

According to reports, both lawyers are in separate relationships with other individuals. Cullerton is reportedly married to Moira Penza, a partner at another New York law firm, with whom he purchased a co-op apartment in 2016. Borenzweig is reportedly in a relationship with Adam Littlestone-Luria, a judicial law clerk with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, who confirmed awareness of the video when contacted.

It remains unclear when the video was filmed or when the reported relationship between Cullerton and Borenzweig began. The Post has reached out to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, as well as Cullerton and Borenzweig, for comment, but had not received a response at the time of reporting.
