Model Heidi Klum, 53, is advocating for a more natural approach to wellness, advising against trends like raw food diets and extensive supplement use. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Klum stated that consuming poorly and then taking numerous pills does not align with her philosophy.

"To me, it doesn’t make sense to eat badly and then shove 50 pills inside of you," Klum said. "I think that’s important, bringing it back to the basics and trying to be as natural with everything as you possibly can, I think is the way to go."

She also expressed reservations about raw foods, suggesting they are more difficult for the body to digest. Klum proposed a method of lightly cooking fruits, such as blanching them in a pan with a little water. She also recommended thorough chewing and limiting fluid intake during meals to aid digestion.

Klum's current stance on supplements and raw foods follows a statement made approximately one year ago where she expressed openness to Botox. While she has denied undergoing such procedures herself, she stated at the time, "I'm all for Botox." She also indicated support for public figures openly discussing cosmetic surgery.

Regarding weight management and medications like Ozempic, Klum commented, "In general, people should do what they want. It’s the same with Ozempic." She acknowledged that for individuals who have long struggled with weight, such options might be beneficial, adding, "If you look in the mirror and you’re not happy with something and you want to fix it, fix it."

Klum, who shares children Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou with past partners, also spoke about her personal eating habits. "We don’t love everything overcooked and fried and dead and killed," she said, referring to her own preferences and those of her daughter Leni.

Klum has recently been featured in a new Calzedonia bikini campaign. She also commented on perceptions of aging, stating, "The biggest misconception [about] being in your 50s is that you are off the shelf. You're not off the shelf."
