A Hollywood Hills property once owned by actress Hayden Panettiere has been demolished and is now on the market as a development opportunity with an asking price of $6.99 million. Panettiere, who died Sunday at age 36, purchased the home at 7640 Curson Terrace in March 2008 for $2.63 million, approximately two years after her breakout role in "Bring It On: All or Nothing." She shared the residence with her mother, Lesley Vogel, during a period of significant career success.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom house spanned 3,120 square feet and offered panoramic views of Los Angeles. Panettiere owned the property through her time on the NBC series "Heroes" and her starring role in the 2009 film "I Love You, Beth Cooper." She sold the home in February 2014 for $3.075 million.

Following Panettiere's sale, the property underwent several ownership changes and financial transactions. By 2023, an entity tied to the property had defaulted on over $12 million in debt. A notice of default was issued in January 2024, and by July of that year, the property was seized in foreclosure for $13.45 million. Following the foreclosure, the house was torn down.

The current listing offers a fully entitled development opportunity with approved plans for a approximately 14,705-square-foot contemporary estate. The proposed design by Roman James Design includes features such as a cantilevered infinity pool, a private wellness spa, and a rooftop sky terrace. The lot is described as ready for immediate groundbreaking.
