Alaia Baldwin Aronow, the older sister of model Hailey Bieber, will not face jail time after her assault case stemming from an alleged incident at a Savannah club was dismissed. The case was resolved after Baldwin Aronow, 33, completed a pre-trial diversion program and paid a required $300 fee.

According to court records filed in Chatham County, the State of Georgia requested the court formally dismiss the case. The documents also state that the case should be closed without further prosecution, and any associated warrants should be dismissed.

Baldwin Aronow was arrested in March 2024 and booked on charges including simple assault, simple battery, battery, and criminal trespassing. At the time, she was accused of throwing a used tampon at a bartender, Haleigh Cauley, at Club Elan in Savannah after she was seen vomiting in the establishment's bathroom. Police reports obtained indicated that Baldwin Aronow initially denied the act but later admitted to throwing the tampon. She also allegedly pulled hair from a bouncer's head and struck another staff member.

When questioned about the alleged assaults on bouncers, Baldwin Aronow reportedly told authorities she was defending herself. She had faced potential jail time of up to one year after being charged with battery in January.

Baldwin Aronow is the daughter of Stephen Baldwin and Kennya Baldwin, and sister to Hailey Bieber. She served as maid of honor at Hailey's 2017 wedding and was also a guest at Hailey's 2019 wedding to Justin Bieber. The sisters appear to maintain a close bond, with Hailey Bieber and her husband posting photos with Baldwin Aronow's daughter, Iris.
