Galyna Saltkovska, a figure from the reality television series 'The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys,' has maintained communication with her former partner, Steve McBee Sr., who is currently serving a prison sentence.
Saltkovska told Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" that she emails McBee Sr. weekly, providing updates on their businesses and offering personal support. "I do email him probably weekly, updating [him] on the businesses and just saying hi, because I’m a human and I understand that he is in a tough position that he shouldn’t have been [in]," Saltkovska stated.
Steve McBee Sr. pleaded guilty to one count of crop insurance fraud in 2024 and began a two-year sentence at FPC Yankton in South Dakota in December 2025. He was also ordered to pay over $4 million in restitution. His eldest son, Steven McBee Jr., indicated that McBee Sr. is scheduled for release on September 11, suggesting he will serve less than a year of his sentence.
Saltkovska, who previously served as CFO for McBee Farm & Cattle Co., has a complex history with McBee Sr. Their relationship began as an affair while he was married to his ex-wife, Kristi McBee, with whom he has four sons. The romantic relationship ended when McBee Sr. reportedly began an affair with Saltkovska's former friend, Masha Petrova.
Saltkovska expressed her disapproval of how the affair with Petrova was handled, describing it as "absolutely wrong" and "inappropriate." She stated she no longer wishes to have contact with Petrova, whom she now refers to as "Mashed Potato." Saltkovska believes Petrova may still be involved with McBee Sr. and made a disparaging remark about Petrova's lack of career prospects.
Despite the personal betrayals, Saltkovska stated her intention to move past the drama and focus on the family business. "Yes, we had a personal relationship. And yes, they betrayed me," she said. "But at the same time, we were building businesses; I built relationships with the boys and their families and so much more. So, I am trying to put that behind me and look [at] the future."
'The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys' airs on Bravo on Monday nights and new episodes are available for streaming on Peacock the following day.
