Isabelle Johnson, 38, faces a murder charge in the death of Jason Christopher Coulthart, 43, whose remains were discovered in a shallow grave on a property in Freeport, Florida, the Walton County Sheriff's Office announced. Johnson is actively evading authorities and may be using multiple aliases.

Coulthart was last seen on May 24, and investigators developed information that led them to the property where his body was recovered on June 25. Authorities have not disclosed the relationship between Johnson and Coulthart.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Johnson, who is believed to be using names including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, and Jessica Dowdy. Surveillance video captured Johnson inside a business days after Coulthart's remains were found, and authorities noted she may have altered her appearance.

Walton County Sheriff Michael Adkinson stated that anyone found to be assisting Johnson in evading arrest will face charges. "If you give her a place to stay, help her hide, or lie for her, you will face consequences. This is a homicide case. We will not allow anyone to get in the way of this investigation," Adkinson said.

Three other individuals have been arrested in connection with the killing. Michael Ray White, 74, and Kathleen Morris, 59, both of Santa Rosa Beach, were charged with accessory to a capital felony after the fact and obstruction. Investigators allege White knowingly aided Johnson in evading law enforcement between June 25 and June 30. Morris was arrested after admitting she provided Johnson with transportation and supplies and misled law enforcement about Johnson's whereabouts.

Niceville Chief of Police Mark Hayse expressed condolences to Coulthart's family and pledged continued collaboration with law enforcement partners to resolve the case.
