British filmmaker Paul Berriff has shared his account of surviving the September 11, 2001, attacks in New York City, where he was filming a documentary.
Berriff found himself at the epicenter of Ground Zero as the south tower of the World Trade Center began to collapse directly above him. He was knocked unconscious and buried alive in cement dust.
He recounts his story of survival 25 years later, describing the terrifying moment he believed he was going to die.
