A federal prison officer has been charged with sexual abuse of a person in custody following an alleged affair with an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey. Jordan Pensak, 27, faces charges detailing graphic text messages and alleged sexual encounters that occurred behind her husband's back.

Court documents reveal that Pensak exchanged explicit messages with the inmate, identified as 'victim 1,' detailing their relationship. In one August exchange, the inmate allegedly wrote, "I'm getting you vibrating panties," to which Pensak responded with further explicit conversation. The inmate also expressed her attraction to Pensak's "big man hands."

In January, Pensak reportedly texted another individual, identified as 'the individual,' about fears of being pregnant with the inmate's child. Court papers state she wrote, "I'm 3 days late for my period you ready to be an uncle? That ain't good for this investigation. If the baby black and my husband white and Korean?!"

Alleged Encounters and Cover-Up Attempts

Authorities allege that Pensak and the inmate engaged in sexual acts multiple times within an office at the facility. These encounters were reportedly facilitated by other inmates acting as lookouts, whom Pensak allegedly praised in text messages. One message reads, "We ain't had good look outs since you and strong." Another message cited in the complaint described one lookout nearly exposing a sexual encounter, stating that her lover's privates had almost been "seen swanginnn."

Pensak also admitted to the relationship in a January text message to an individual, stating they had been together "for the past year." When informed by another person in February that she could face prison time, she allegedly responded, "Yes I know."

The criminal complaint, obtained by the Daily Mail, also details conversations Pensak had with the inmate's family. A family member expressed concern about a potential pregnancy, to which Pensak responded about needing to take a pregnancy test and not being "mentally ready for a baby." She also allegedly told the family member, "I kind of wish I was pregnant just to know its possible."

Investigation and Legal Proceedings

The Federal Bureau of Prisons was investigating Pensak over the alleged relationship. She reportedly messaged an inmate, "They can't prove nothing, if I quit I think they stop pursuing it."

A search warrant executed in May on an Instagram account linked to Pensak uncovered over 100 sexually explicit messages, photos, and videos exchanged between her and the inmate.

Pensak appeared in federal district court in Camden on Tuesday and was released on bail. She faces a maximum of 15 years in prison if convicted. The charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The alleged relationship is said to have happened inside the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, according to the complaint

Pensak said she was going to be 'more successful' than all her other classmates in a yearbook uncovered by the Daily Mail
