The Atlanta Falcons will face the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football on October 5th at 8:15 p.m. ET. The game will be held at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans and will determine whether the NFC South rivals improve to 2-2 or fall to 1-3.

Saints head coach Kellen Moore described the upcoming contest as an important divisional game, noting Atlanta's explosive offense and aggressive defense. "These are important games," Moore stated. "[Atlanta] has an explosive offense that can make big plays at any moment. Their defense…[plays] really aggressive and they try and attack the football."

The Saints are coming off a Week 3 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, despite a four-touchdown performance from quarterback Tyler Shough. The Falcons, meanwhile, secured their first win of the season against the Green Bay Packers. Running back Bijan Robinson was a key player in that victory, rushing for 194 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries.

The Falcons are considered 2.5-point underdogs in New Orleans. One report suggests a potential shootout between the two offenses, with a prediction favoring the Falcons to win outright.

This game also marks "Domecoming," commemorating the 20-year anniversary of the Saints' return to the Superdome to play the Falcons after Hurricane Katrina. The halftime show will feature Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, with special guests Eric Church, Kirk Franklin, Juvenile, Cyril Neville, and Ivan Neville.

In 2006, the original "Domecoming" game saw the Saints defeat the Falcons 23-3, highlighted by Steve Gleason's blocked punt. Gleason is scheduled to be honored during tonight's game.
