Emily Atack has shared details of her wedding to scientist Alistair Garner, following an intimate ceremony in the UK over the weekend. The couple is planning a larger celebration in Spain next month.

Atack, 36, posted photos from the event, showcasing her white Josephine Scott gown, which featured long sleeves with lace cuffs and a plunging neckline. The dress, which cost £2,325, was paired with a lengthy lace veil and headpiece. She expressed her appreciation for the design, stating she needed "a moment for the dress."

Photos from the day show Atack in her Bedfordshire home's garden, enjoying champagne, with bridesmaids assisting with her dress. The couple had two cakes for the occasion. One was a detailed creation featuring icing figures of Atack, Garner, their son Barney, and their dog Penny. A second cake, adorned with the couple's initials and a portrait of their dog, was decorated with white, blue, and red icing.

Atack announced the wedding on Instagram on Sunday, writing, "Yesterday we officially got married among close family and friends. It was absolutely perfect."

Friends congratulated the couple online, with author Elizabeth Day commenting, "Stunning. So so happy for you both! Congratulations." The couple is set to have a "fat, f*** off party" in Spain next month.

Atack, who has a two-year-old son, Barney, with Garner, got engaged to the scientist in July 2025, and they welcomed their son the year prior. She previously revealed plans for her second wedding, describing it as a "big" event with an Eighties fashion influence. She also stated that children would be banned from attending the Spanish celebration, a rule she found many guests were happy to accept.

Earlier this year, Atack shared details about her hen weekend in Cannes, which involved a group of friends and significant amounts of rosé.

Last year, reports indicated that Atack and Garner were considering venues in Spain, a country Atack has visited since childhood and holds a strong affection for. An insider suggested they were drawn to the scenery and guaranteed sun.
