At 85, Donna Mills continues to capture attention, recently launching an OnlyFans account and sharing the demanding fitness regimen she credits for her continued activity.

Mills, known for her role as Abby Cunningham on "Knots Landing," revealed her fitness routine to Fox News Digital. The regimen includes 100 sit-ups daily, 50 leg lifts, up to an hour on an exercise bike, and sometimes playing tennis five days a week. She also incorporates stretching and has a ballet barre in her home gym, drawing on her background as a former ballerina.

"I started out as a dancer, so a ballerina. I mean, I was on pointe, the whole thing," Mills said. "So that gave me a discipline that most people don’t have because ballet is very hard."

Despite her disciplined approach to health, which includes avoiding sugar based on a book she read years ago titled "Sugar Blues," Mills admitted to one persistent indulgence.

"I’m a Doritos addict," she confessed, noting that Nacho Cheese is her preferred flavor. "It’s not good for you. It’s not. You know, I know I shouldn’t do it."

Mills mentioned that Doritos have been a consistent presence throughout her career, with trailers often stocked with the snack for her. While she consumes them less frequently now, she considers them a treat.

In addition to her exercise and snacking habits, Mills recently ventured into launching an OnlyFans account at 85. She described it as embracing a new chapter and a platform she was initially unfamiliar with.

Her new venture has garnered significant interest, with reports indicating substantial earnings early on. Mills stated that fans are eager for a behind-the-scenes look at her life, something less accessible during her earlier television career. She plans to share content including previously unseen photographs from a Playboy shoot, emphasizing that the images do not require nudity to be impactful.

Mills views this new phase as an opportunity to be an inspiration, particularly to women, demonstrating that aging does not signify an end to an active and engaging life. She believes it's a chance to show that "it doesn’t have to be over. It’s just a new chapter. It’s not the end… It’s just something you can enjoy."
