DeWalt and Milwaukee tools are receiving high marks from Amazon reviewers, with deals available on a variety of products including cordless drills, sanders, and tool sets. The brands, easily identifiable by DeWalt's signature yellow and Milwaukee's red, are popular among both professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts.
DeWalt offerings highlighted by reviewers include an orbital sander praised for its cordless design and power, a drill and impact driver set noted for its lightweight feel and durability, and a floor fan for workshops. The brand's oscillating multitool, angle grinder, LED work light, cordless planer, and cordless ratchet also garnered positive feedback for their performance and versatility.
One reviewer described the DeWalt orbital sander as having "plenty of power for removing material quickly, but also runs smooth enough for fine finishing work," adding that the cordless design simplifies movement around a workspace. The drill and impact driver set was commended for delivering "excellent power" while remaining lightweight and comfortable to hold.
Milwaukee's popular tools include high-output M18 batteries, which reviewers say significantly extend runtime. The brand's electric ratchet set is noted for saving time and effort on repetitive tasks, particularly in tight spaces. A reciprocating saw is lauded for its quick cutting ability and manageable feel, while an 8-tool cordless kit is described as a comprehensive option for those undertaking major projects.
Milwaukee's compact circular saw is considered suitable for smaller wood projects, with one reviewer stating it "cuts through 2x4s, no problem." Additionally, a compact impact driver is highlighted for its ease of handling in confined areas and powerful performance. The brand's tape measure, noted for its compact size and 12-foot reach, is also a frequently purchased item.
Several items are noted as being on sale or at a 30-day low price. For example, Milwaukee's high-output batteries are available with a significant discount, and an 8-tool Milwaukee cordless kit is offered at over $100 off its original price. DeWalt's floor fan is also priced at a 30-day low.
