The infamous Moonlite Bunny Ranch and two other legal brothels in Nevada are on the market for $33.9 million as part of a package sale of properties once owned by Dennis Hof, a late businessman and politician.

The collection, known as the Bunny Ranch Legacy Portfolio, includes three brothels, residential properties, highway-frontage land, warehouses, storage facilities, and development parcels across 11 real estate parcels totaling nearly 50 acres. The combined buildings span over 23,500 square feet.

The sale also encompasses furniture, fixtures, equipment, company vehicles, inventory, business support assets, trade names, marketing materials, websites, and branding, subject to seller exclusions. Financial disclosures and due diligence materials will be provided to prospective buyers only after they sign a non-disclosure agreement, as the offering is confidential.

Dennis Hof, who purchased the Moonlite Bunny Ranch in 1992, gained notoriety for his involvement in the legal sex industry and for his public persona. He dubbed himself the "P.T. Barnum of the sex industry" and authored a memoir titled "The Art of the Pimp."

The Moonlite Bunny Ranch achieved national recognition through the HBO series "Cathouse" in 2005, which provided an inside look at Hof's operations. The brothel empire, however, was also associated with several controversial incidents.

In 2003, Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil was accused of misdemeanor battery at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch. In 2015, former NBA player Lamar Odom was found unconscious at the Love Ranch, another of Hof's establishments, leading to a hospitalization for life-threatening health issues.

Hof faced a sexual assault investigation in 2018 concerning allegations from former sex workers, but prosecutors declined to press charges due to the statute of limitations. He died of a heart attack on October 16, 2018, at the age of 72, shortly after his birthday.

Posthumously, Hof won the Republican nomination for Nevada's state Assembly seat, having already established a significant lead in votes before his death.

The sale is being represented by Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, and the package includes up to a year of transition assistance for the new owner.
