David Beckham returned to his gardening duties at the family's Cotswolds home, impressing his wife Victoria with his harvest. The former footballer, 51, showed off a variety of produce including plums, garlic, onions, and a distinctively long pumpkin.

Victoria, 52, documented the moment on Instagram, expressing surprise at the pumpkin's unusual shape. "I have never seen a pumpkin that shape. I don't even know what to say," she remarked. Beckham also presented his "juicy plums" and a large bulb of garlic, which he described as "overachieving."

During their garden update, the couple also engaged in a lighthearted exchange about a large spring onion. Victoria playfully suggested it was an "anticlimax," to which David responded by noting it was not a supermarket variety. The gardener also attempted to uproot a stubborn carrot, with Victoria offering playful advice.

The update comes after the Beckhams returned from attending Reading Festival to watch their son, Cruz Beckham, perform. Cruz, 21, recently released his EP "Wear & Tear" with his band, The Breakers, and performed on The Canopy stage. Despite rainy weather, David and Victoria were present to support their son, alongside his brother Romeo, sister Harper, and Cruz's girlfriend, Jackie Apostel.

David also made sure to show off his juicy plums in the innuendo-filled clip before collecting eggs from the chicken coop

Cruz's performance at Reading Festival followed a series of shows across the UK. The EP features tracks such as "Better Times," "WANNABE," "Seeing Red," "Loneliest Boy," and "Wear & Tear." Cruz stated that the EP aims to capture the essence of life's experiences and shared emotions, regardless of differing life paths.

He was also keen to show off his bulb of garlic as he boasted: 'Not being funny but that is an overachieving garlic'
