Model Daisy Lowe has given birth to her second child, a son named Eddie Red. Lowe, 37, shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, posting photos of the water birth and introducing her newborn to her family.
"And then our 3 became a 4 ❤️ Welcome to the world our sweet baby boy Eddie Red," Lowe wrote in her announcement. She also expressed gratitude to her husband, Jordan Saul, calling him her "hero" and the "greatest birthing partner, team mate & daddy." The accompanying images showed Lowe and Saul with their elder daughter, Ivy Love, who is two years old, and scenes from the birthing pool.
Lowe first announced her pregnancy in February, sharing images on Instagram of herself and Saul with their daughter Ivy, highlighting her growing bump. She noted at the time that Ivy was excited to meet "her baby."
Lowe, daughter of singer Pearl Lowe and musician Gavin Rossdale, married property developer Saul last June in a London ceremony, followed by a festival-style reception. The couple welcomed their first child, Ivy Love, in April 2023. Lowe has previously described motherhood as challenging yet rewarding.
She announced her first pregnancy in October 2022, a few weeks after her engagement to Saul. The couple met during the 2020 lockdown period.
