Charlotte Crosby has addressed backlash after posting a photo of her young daughters in what appeared to be a "time-out cage." The former Geordie Shore star, 36, initially shared a snapshot of Alba-Jean, three, and Pixi, 19 months, with the caption, "Bought a cage for the girls when they need to go in time out..." This led to a wave of criticism from followers who misinterpreted the post.

Crosby quickly clarified that the cage was not used for discipline and was, in fact, storage for her elder daughter's teddy bear collection. "Guys my DMs. That is obv not a child cage and we obvs don’t even do time outs!" she explained in a subsequent post. "It is however a cage lmao but for teddies! How b****y cute. I was totally influenced and I can’t even remember now by who! But it’s so cute and me and the girls built it all ourselves it was so easy I’ll link."

However, some of Charlotte's followers didn't pick up on the fact it was a joke and the reality star then had to clarify it was just storage for Alba's teddy bear collection

In separate comments, Crosby also spoke about her recent experience with a silent miscarriage. She shared on "This Morning" that she and her fiancé, Jake Ankers, discovered she was pregnant with their third child earlier this year but tragically lost the pregnancy around eight weeks. Crosby detailed the emotional impact of the loss, noting that the pregnancy had felt normal up until the discovery of the issue at a six-week scan. The couple has expressed their desire to have another child in the future.
