Britt Baker has returned to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) programming after nearly a two-year absence. Her comeback occurred during the All In pay-per-view event, where she intervened in the TBS Championship match between Persephone and Maya World.

During the match, as World was attempting to secure the win, a masked figure entered the ring and pushed World off the top rope. This distraction allowed Persephone to capitalize, hitting the crucifix powerbomb and pinning World to win the TBS Championship. The masked figure then revealed herself to be Baker.

In a post-match interview, Baker stated her awareness of the AEW landscape during her time away. "It’s so good to be back," Baker said. "And just because I haven’t been here doesn’t mean I haven’t been watching. I know what goes around here. I know who’s up, I know who’s down and I know who is a little too comfortable that I’ve been out of the picture."

She further commented on her choice to align with Persephone, saying, "But, funny thing about being away is you get perspective on who’s worth your time. And Perse here, she’s smart, she’s strong, she’s ambitious, and she’s the double champ."

Persephone, who also holds the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) World Women’s Championship, has now gained a high-profile ally in Baker. World's tenure as TBS Champion concluded after 30 days. This marks Persephone's first singles championship in AEW.
