Billi Mucklow has showcased an 18-pound weight loss, sharing new gym photos on Saturday that document her transformation. The former star of "The Only Way Is Essex" attributes her success to working with personal trainer and online coach Ted Boswell.
Mucklow, 38, transitioned from a size 12 to a size 8, as detailed in a post by Boswell. He emphasized that the results were achieved through a consistent plan, high-protein diet, moderate calorie deficit, and daily step goals of 7,000 to 12,000, rather than fad diets or extreme restrictions. Boswell praised Mucklow's commitment, noting her dedication to attending sessions even during busy periods and trusting the process.
"She hasn't just transformed her body… She's built strength, confidence, healthier habits, and a mindset that will stay with her for years to come," Boswell stated in the post, expressing pride in her earned achievements.
In March, Mucklow had previously shared gym selfies, stating she was "rebuilding myself to be stronger than ever." Fans reacted positively to her recent photos, with many commenting on her appearance and referring to her physical transformation as "ultimate revenge" following the breakdown of her marriage to footballer Andy Carroll in 2024.
Carroll, 37, is reportedly in a new relationship with make-up artist Lou Teasdale. The former Premier League player is also scheduled to stand trial in January after pleading not guilty to a charge of breaching a non-molestation order. He is accused of repeatedly contacting Mucklow, with whom he shares three children. A non-molestation order is a civil court order designed to protect individuals from harassment or molestation, and breaching one can carry a prison sentence of up to five years.
