Nathan Gallagher, a star of Bravo's "Below Deck Mediterranean," will not appear in the upcoming Season 12 of the series following his arrest in December 2025 on charges of domestic violence, according to a report by The US Sun.

A source familiar with the production told The US Sun that Season 12 "already filmed" and Gallagher "will not be on" it. However, his appearances in the currently airing Season 11 will remain as the court process unfolds. The production source indicated that while Gallagher was not removed from the current season during the legal proceedings, the network "do not condone the behavior of the charges made against him."

Season 11 was filmed in the summer of 2025, several months prior to Gallagher's arrest. The insider also stated that cast members are evaluated on a "year-by-year and per-season basis." Regarding Gallagher's future, the source commented, "In Nathan’s case though, looks like that ship has sailed – pun intended. It seems likely he won’t be back."

News of Gallagher's arrest surfaced last week. He was detained for allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman at an apartment complex in Sydney. The charges against him include assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault. Gallagher was granted conditional bail, with a court hearing scheduled for September 1.

While the identity of the alleged victim has not been disclosed, Gallagher's "Below Deck Mediterranean" castmate Gael Cameron, with whom he shares a one-year-old son, filed an Apprehended Violence Application against him. Such applications are intended to provide legal protection from stalking, harassment, intimidation, or threats of harm.

Cameron and Gallagher began their relationship in 2024 while filming Season 9 of the show. She announced her pregnancy in June of the following year, and their son, Kayden, was born the year after that.
