Armando Rubio, known for his role in the reality series "90 Day Fiancé," has shared an emotional update on his daughter Hannah's medical emergency, detailing his fears and frustrations as she receives treatment in Arizona. Rubio broke down in tears during a recent Instagram video, expressing his deep worry for his 13-year-old daughter.

"I miss my baby girl," Rubio stated tearfully in the video shared on Thursday. "I don’t want to lose her. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers, guys." He also extended his gratitude to his supporters and those who have contributed to the family's GoFundMe campaign, which aims to cover Hannah's medical expenses.

Rubio explained that his husband, Kenny Niedermeier, who has been with Hannah along with Rubio's mother at a Phoenix hospital, informed him that recent MRI scans had not provided any answers regarding the cause of her illness. The next step involves a potentially lengthy procedure, lasting one to eight hours, that will be performed through Hannah's neck in an effort to gain more insight into her condition. "So it’s definitely scary," Rubio said, particularly concerning the procedure involving her neck.

Hannah's health issues first came to light on Tuesday when she reported not feeling well, and Rubio noticed her face had become "droopy" and she had lost strength in half her body. She was initially taken to a medical facility in Mexico, but due to a lack of necessary testing equipment, she was transferred via ambulance to a facility in Arizona, and subsequently airlifted to the state's capital. Doctors later informed Rubio that his daughter was suffering from a brain bleed.

Despite efforts to be with his daughter, Rubio remains in Mexico. His request for temporary humanitarian parole to cross the border was denied, with a U.S. Customs and Border Protection supervisor reportedly stating such paroles had not been granted since 2025. "Every parent wants to be at their child’s bedside when they’re sick, and not being able to hold her hand or comfort her has been the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced," Rubio told Page Six on Wednesday. He expressed his determination to reunite with Hannah, stating, "more than anything, she needs her daddy, and I need to be with my little girl."

Rubio shared that doctors are continuing to conduct extensive scans and that the neurologist is still searching for the cause of Hannah's condition. The family is awaiting the results of the latest scan, with plans for a more invasive procedure if the current tests do not yield answers. The waiting and uncertainty have been "incredibly difficult" for the family, Rubio noted, as they hold onto hope that each test brings them closer to understanding what is happening with Hannah.
