A preview clip from the latest episode of Bravo's reality series 'Next Gen NYC' reveals a heated exchange between cast members Ariana Biermann and Shai Fruchter. The conflict centers on Fruchter's perceived disloyalty regarding Biermann's ex-boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy.

Biermann expresses frustration when Fruchter becomes a topic of conversation, particularly in relation to new cast member Liam Obergfoll, who has openly shown interest in Biermann. Fruchter initially states he doesn't want to discuss Biermann's ex, but Biermann counters by pointing out that Fruchter and another cast member, Charlie Zakkour, initiated discussions about McLeroy earlier in the evening. "But that’s how you guys started the night, is it not? You and Charlie?" Biermann asks.

Fruchter explains his intention to navigate the situation respectfully towards his friendships with both Biermann and McLeroy. He believes Obergfoll's pursuit of Biermann is inappropriate, describing it as "stepping in glue." Obergfoll interjects to dismiss Fruchter's concern, stating, "I’m not stepping in glue. Stepping in glue would be if they were still together. That’s expired glue."

The dispute escalates when Fruchter admits to informing McLeroy about Obergfoll's romantic interest in Biermann. Biermann views this as a betrayal, telling Fruchter, "That’s kind of a fuck you to me." She questions his actions, asking, "If you’re my friend, why would you go about my business and bring it back to my ex-boyfriend?"

Further complicating matters, Fruchter claims he spoke with castmates Rowan Henchy and Ava Dash, who allegedly encouraged him to discuss the situation with McLeroy. However, a flashback within the clip shows Henchy and Dash advising Fruchter to speak directly with Biermann first. Biermann expresses disbelief in her confessional, stating, "I can’t. I can’t. Rowan’s my girl. I know she didn’t say that."

Fruchter appears flustered when caught in the alleged lie, a reaction noted by Zakkour, who likens Fruchter's demeanor to someone who has "stormed Normandy."

The episode is set to explore whether Fruchter will offer an apology. 'Next Gen NYC' airs at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, with next-day streaming available on Peacock.
