Amanda Holden, 55, has posted the final photographs from her summer holiday in Corfu, featuring swimwear and a boat trip. The Britain's Got Talent judge took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the last of her bikini pictures from the trip, signaling the end of her "annual onslaught" of such images.

Holden showcased her figure in a white and blue floral bikini, a £240 Melissa Odabash two-piece, during a boat excursion. She complemented her look with oversized black sunglasses and a straw hat. She captioned the post, "Onslaught over!!" Her followers responded positively, with comments such as "You look so amazing" and "You are looking flawless as always."

Earlier in July, Holden had humorously alerted her followers to an impending series of swimwear photos. She had been enjoying a period of relaxation with her family in Corfu before friends were scheduled to join her.

Previous posts from the holiday included images of Holden in a red and white bikini, also worn on a boat, with a straw hat and aviator sunglasses. One post featured a video of her jumping into the sea. She had accompanied these photos with the caption, "And so begins the annual onslaught of bikini shots. You have been warned! Enjoying a little downtime with my family before the friends arrive and the partying begins."

Amanda also showed off her age-defying figure in a tiny green bikini

She received support from friends, including Elizabeth Hurley, who commented that she looked "fabulous," and Piers Morgan, who used laughing emojis. Comedian Alan Carr also responded, "Awww Corfu!"

Holden has previously shared details about how she maintains her physique. Speaking to the Daily Mail, she revealed she follows a diet similar to Elizabeth Hurley's, consuming one substantial meal a day. Her typical breakfast includes an egg white omelette with spinach, feta, and avocado, accompanied by a green juice. She stated, "I'm a vegetarian, so I think I'm probably accidentally pretty healthy." However, she also noted her enjoyment of food and alcohol, particularly Aperol Spritzes in warm weather.

She emphasized the importance of balance, saying, "I applaud whatever works for anybody else, but I can't be one of those people that cuts stuff out. I just think life is tricky as it is, so just let yourself have what you want within good reason. A little bit of everything is good."
